Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The room rates were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the prime location near the city center and the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Another fantastic aspect was the range of amenities available, including a gym and spa, which provided a much-needed break from the busy festive season. The hotel's festive decorations added a touch of magic to the ambiance, making it a truly memorable Christmas celebration.
One aspect that could be improved upon was the communication regarding the charges. It would have been better if the hotel had adhered to the fixed amount mentioned in the package deal, rather than charging extra for the checkout time.

During my Easter vacation, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty and a wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking and swimming. the hotel was conveniently located near several popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area at leisure. Finally, I appreciated the delicious meals and drinks provided by the hotel's friendly staff.
My experience was marred by some negative aspects. First, the hotel seemed more interested in making money than taking care of their guests.
